Please review the information below, to prepare the required documents or information for the application process. All documents must be submitted to Brana Play School for your child to attend.

A complete Registration Form must include:

1. 1 Passport size photo of child
2. Emergency Authorization Form
3. Permission to Photograph
4. Copy of Passport
5. Copy of your child's immunizations and current physical will be needed
